Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before playing "Block Blast" or using the Block Zone website.

Your access to and use of the game and website are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our game or website.

By accessing or using the game or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the game or website.

1. Game Access and Use

1.1 Game License

Block Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use "Block Blast" for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the game
  • Copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell the game or any portion thereof
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the game
  • Use the game for any commercial purpose
  • Use any automated systems, software, or process to extract data from the game (such as scraping or data mining)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the game or related systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the game

2. Intellectual Property

The game "Block Blast," including all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), is owned by Block Zone, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and graphics displayed on the game are the property of Block Zone or its licensors. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Block Zone.

3. User Content and Conduct

Our game does not currently allow users to submit, post, or transmit content. If such features are added in the future, additional terms may apply to user-submitted content.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1 Disclaimers

THE GAME AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOCK ZONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME OR WEBSITE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOCK ZONE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE GAME OR WEBSITE.

IN NO EVENT WILL BLOCK ZONE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Block Zone, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the game.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
